　　粮仓充实了，人们才会懂得礼节。出自《管子·牧民》：“仓廪实则知礼节，衣食足则知荣辱。”如果民众的基本生活条件都得不到保障，即使有良好的制度也难为人们所遵循，人们的精神品格也不可能得到提升。

　　9月23日为秋分节气，秋分是农业生产中的重要节点，象征着农作物丰收、仓廪充盈。“仓廪实而知礼节”核心思想是“物质富足是道德教化的基础”，恰好与秋分“丰收、富足”的节气特色相呼应。
